Founded in 2017 by Julie Brind'Amour , singer-songwriter and talent scout, Productions J Smile distinguishes itself by its attentive listening to the artistic approach of creators and its ability to guide them towards the best platforms and distribution opportunities.
With the addition of Yves Laramée in 2021, who also has several years of experience in the arts and music programming, the foundations are stronger than ever to take artists and their creations to new heights.
The company likes to spread good news, successes and achievements on social media! J Smile Productions is able to target the right media to promote artistic projects that deserve to be heard.
The company continually strives to showcase talented artists from Quebec, Canada, and beyond. With the collaboration and commitment of Productions J Smile, numerous artists' careers have taken off in exceptional ways over time, both on the radio and in the world of live entertainment.
The company continues to grow: Marie-Eve Breton joins the team as a booking agent!
Marie-Eve has a rich and diverse background. With 15 years of service in the Canadian Armed Forces, she then brought her expertise and commitment to the municipal sector. For the past five years, she has combined passion and management by handling the management and booking of the duo Two of a Kind, which performs 70 shows a year.
Organized, determined, and attentive, she navigates easily between structure, creativity, and interpersonal relationships. With an immense passion for music, she enthusiastically joined the J Smile Productions team in October 2025!
