The band Beauséjour is the meeting of two regions: the Prairies and Acadia. Jocelyne Baribeau and Joannie Benoit (Star Académie) have impressive individual resumes. By joining forces, these artists have developed a musical fusion that allows listeners to discover two regions, diverse experiences, and multiple styles. Their music takes you on a journey through both its melodies and its accents. The richness of the lyrics blends with the incomparable warmth of their voices.
On stage, Beauséjour is a comforting experience that makes us feel like we're coming home every time. The duo participated in three showcase shows (Contact Ontarois / Contact Ouest / Francofête) in 2023, which earned them a prominent spot in the 2024 Festival international de la Chanson de Granby lineup. A great opportunity for this female duo!
In October 2024, they released the single "Chaque jour" (Every Day), which reached number one on the Arcanb charts for several weeks and also on the Mediabase Top 100. Beauséjour also gained significant exposure on the CJSE charts and two other number-one hits on radio stations Le Loup FM and CFIM FM.
In November 2024, they toured Canada from east to west with the Coup de Cœur Francophone tour.
